MechaTerp-TRACE for Unified Component Ablation Analysis

MechaTerp-TRACE provides a unified scale to measure the causal contribution of transformer components, from entire blocks down to individual neurons, to specific model outputs. The framework applies component ablation across thirteen instruction-tuned models ranging from 1B to 30B parameters.
