Measuring AI Leadership: Development and Validation of a Multidimensional Measure for AI-Native Organizations

The AI Leadership Battery quantifies leadership behaviors in AI-native organizations through 36 behaviorally specific subdimensions categorized into 11 content families. Validation studies used exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses to establish internal consistency, convergent validity, and discriminant validity against existing leadership constructs.
