LOADBench: Standardized ML Benchmarking for Analog IC Design

LOADBench provides an open-source dataset of over 100 opamp topologies in the SkyWater130 PDK, including functional annotations and Pareto-optimal sizing pairs. It introduces six standardized benchmark tasks, such as inverse sizing and topology selection, to enable reliable comparison of ML methods in IC design.
