This framework automates the creation of typed semantic links between heterogeneous ontologies using DistilBERT embeddings and GPT-4o-driven relationship generation. Testing on the ReproduceMeON network reduced 800,000 concept pairs to 95,000 high-quality, semantically rich candidates.
