JustLLMGRPO Improves Chest X-Ray Generation via Prompt Optimization

JustLLMGRPO optimizes LLM prompt policies using Group Relative Policy Optimization while keeping the image generator frozen. This approach reduced RadDINO-FID from 54.225 to 27.572 in chest X-ray synthesis by forcing the LLM to emphasize visible radiographic findings.
