JoinGR Uses Join Graphs for Enhanced Table Retrieval

JoinGR improves Text-to-SQL performance by treating the database join graph as the retrieval space rather than ranking columns independently. It uses a query-conditioned scorer on a lightweight MLP to traverse foreign-key relationships and identify non-explicitly mentioned tables.
