JevAgentHarness Benchmarks Decision Model Delegation in Agents

JevAgentHarness introduces AgentDecisionBench to evaluate the performance loss when delegating LLM tool-calls to smaller decision models. Findings show that without a fitted confidence threshold, delegating tool choices can decrease agent task success by up to 19.0 points.
