IRAH Optimizes RAG Pipelines via Hierarchical Agentic Tree Search

The Information Retrieval Agentic Harness (IRAH) optimizes RAG pipelines by using UCT-guided hierarchical search to select structural components and hyperparameters. Using LATS-IR, the method outperforms TPE on in-distribution benchmarks with gains up to 6.4% by leveraging natural-language reflections.
