Pairwise CNNs for cognitive trait inference from MRI

A pairwise convolutional ranking framework learns cognitive abilities directly from whole-brain T1-weighted MRI. This method achieves higher predictive accuracy than standard regression or pointwise deep learning on small datasets (N=108).
