Pseudo-Reference Generation for Reference-Free MT Evaluation

To evaluate machine translation without human references, this method uses multiple models to translate documents, followed by reference-free quality estimation and GPT-5.5 post-editing. Adding a confidence-scaled language identification penalty is necessary to prevent the selector from favoring fluent but incorrectly translated text.
