New OAEI Track for Defense and National Security Ontology Alignment

This work introduces a new Ontology Alignment Evaluation Initiative (OAEI) track featuring eight matching tasks and silver-standard mappings. The dataset aggregates consensus alignments from multiple state-of-the-art systems and includes manually-validated mappings to improve interoperability across 60 specialized defense ontologies.
