HydroJEV provides a training-free, one-second triage mechanism for classifying cyber-attacks and physical faults in water distribution networks. On the C-Town EPANET benchmark, it matched rule-based systems with a macro-F1 of 0.62-0.64 and outperformed supervised classifiers on unseen event subtypes.
