Hierarchical Server Architecture Enables Automated Resource Discovery for Scientific Agents

A new hierarchical architecture uses secretary agents to automate resource discovery and workload scheduling across cloud, edge, and HPC systems. In simulations across 51 providers, the system achieved 87.71% negotiation accuracy with selection costs comparable to traditional scheduling strategies.
