HetGPS Framework Improves EV Charging Safety via Physics-Anchored RL

HetGPS uses a hybrid graph-control framework to manage electric vehicle charging in large networks. By separating intervention magnitude from corrective direction using a physics model, it reduced bus-step voltage violations from up to 7.74% to as low as 0.52% across fleets of up to 3,218 EVs.
