GPEvac: GNN-based Routing for Emergency Evacuation

GPEvac uses a Graph Neural Network (GNN) with Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO) to generate adaptive evacuation routes. The framework uses edge-first message passing and a virtual global node to allow a single policy to work across diverse building topologies.
