Generative Universal Multimodal Retrieval with Dual-role Identifiers

DrIG implements a generative multimodal retrieval framework using Dual-role Identifiers to enable instruction-aware search across text and image domains. The architecture addresses decoding errors in constrained left-to-right generation to close the performance gap between discrete identifier-based retrieval and dense-vector methods.
