GCNO enables physics-based variable-rate wireless channel compression

The Gramian Chebyshev Neural Operator (GCNO) uses receive-transmit channel structures to identify dominant propagation paths. This physics-based approach allows for variable-rate compression that adapts to channel complexity without retraining for different antenna counts.
