PlanFence Protocol Prevents Stale-Plan Execution in Distributed LLM Agents

PlanFence introduces a dependency-scoped validation protocol to prevent distributed LLM agents from acting on obsolete plans despite having fresh shared state. In tests involving 30 live workflows, the protocol successfully blocked invalid actions that caused every failure in a freshness-only executor.
