Fraglingo: Molecular Design via Attachment-Aware Autoregressive Fragment Generation

Fraglingo performs molecular design by jointly modeling fragment identity and attachment within a continuous latent space. Instead of decoupling fragment selection from connection prediction, the autoregressive model generates attachment-aware embeddings to retrieve the next fragment via nearest-neighbor search, allowing for more flexible scaffold decoration and substituent replacement.
