FOCUS: 0.04M parameter Mamba-2 model for EEG workload classification

FOCUS is a lightweight Mamba-2 based model designed for EEG-based cognitive workload classification. Using a fixed FFT decomposition and depthwise-separable convolutions, the 0.04 million parameter model achieves 74.75% accuracy with 0.11 GFLOPs and 0.08 ms GPU latency.
