Qwen-GuidePlay-2B achieves high dialogue-game performance via staged learning

Qwen-GuidePlay-2B is a 2B-parameter model optimized for dialogue games using a three-stage fine-tuning process: trajectory SFT, weighted turn-level SFT, and teacher-guided SFT. The model achieved a 57.12 clemscore and a +36 delta over its base model on the Playpen benchmark.
