The FCA-CF framework uses Formal Concept Analysis lattices as structural constraints to generate counterfactual explanations for breast cancer diagnosis. It achieves 100% validity and superior sparsity, changing only 2.37 features on average compared to existing methods like DiCE or Wachter.
