EviGround-CT Increases Precision in Verifying LLM Chest CT Reports

EviGround-CT uses a 3D grounding model to verify LLM-generated chest CT findings against localized scan evidence. The method increased evidence-supported precision from 0.263 to 0.365 on the ReXGroundingCT dataset by mapping sentences to anatomical evidence masks.
