ACES Framework for Agentic Skill Evaluation and Skill Lift Measurement

ACES provides a repository-native framework to evaluate agentic skills by running paired trials with and without a target capability. It normalizes trajectories using the Agent Trajectory Interchange Format (ATIF) and calculates Skill Lift across six runtime metrics to validate production-ready agent artifacts.
