Spiking neural networks (SNNs) for millimeter-wave beam prediction achieve higher accuracy than ANNs in vision and multimodal sensing tasks at similar energy costs. For multimodal inputs, SNNs require up to an order of magnitude less energy while maintaining competitive top-1 accuracy.
