CERTA uses decision-level statistical certificates to determine when quantized models can safely replace BF16 references. In clinical evaluations, 8-bit quantization matched BF16 accuracy for up to 100% of decisions, while 4-bit deployment reduced amortized costs to 25.8% of the baseline.
