Deep Noir enables autonomous activation steering discovery

Deep Noir uses Logit Lens convergence and causal head-level attribution to automate the discovery of optimal activation steering parameters. The framework achieved up to a 42 percentage-point improvement in spam detection and a 13.1 percentage-point improvement in SST-2 sentiment without manual code changes.
