DecompGym benchmarks LLM agents on decomposition algorithm design

DecompGym introduces 81 instances across nine problem families to test how well coding agents design and implement Benders decomposition and column generation algorithms. The benchmark evaluates models on execution speed, numerical feasibility, and proximity to optimal objectives.
