DECODEM Benchmark for Automated Corporate Governance Data Extraction

DECODEM provides new benchmark datasets for evaluating LLM-based extraction of corporate governance variables from unstructured charters and bylaws. The datasets include human-annotated pairs to test prompt design, task decomposition, and document handling for automated legal research.
