D2R2 Discrete Diffusion for Single-Cell Perturbation Prediction

The D2R2 model uses a Masked Discrete Diffusion Model and a Regulatory Policy Module to predict single-cell transcriptomic responses. It generates gene expression profiles progressively, conditioning new gene responses on previously generated states via an inferred gene regulatory network.
