CrossScale-GLIO Aligns MRI and Histopathology via Graph Topology

CrossScale-GLIO uses a structure-aware optimal transport objective to align MRI tumor-habitat graphs with histology cell-niche graphs. The model achieved an IDH AUROC of 0.934 and a subtype macro-F1 of 0.789 for glioma diagnosis.
