CATCH: 3D Diffusion for Brain MRI Tissue Inpainting

CATCH utilizes conditional 3D diffusion in an invertible Haar-wavelet domain to replace brain tumor regions in T1-weighted MRIs with plausible healthy tissue. The method achieves a mean SSIM of 0.80 and PSNR of 19.18dB across development cases.
