Bolek Multimodal Model Grounds Molecular Reasoning via Morgan Fingerprints

Bolek integrates Morgan fingerprint embeddings into a Qwen3-4B-Instruct text decoder to enable grounded molecular reasoning. The model improves mean ROC/PR AUC from 0.55 to higher values across 15 TDC binary classification tasks using synthetic chain-of-thought anchored in molecular features.
