BioPhys-Bridge: A Benchmark for Interdisciplinary Scientific Reasoning in Physics-Grounded Biological Research

BioPhys-Bridge provides 500 cases and 1,517 agent-facing tasks to evaluate evidence-grounded reasoning across six biological domains and nine physical model families. The benchmark requires models to link quantitative physics models and equations to biological mechanisms using stable evidence IDs for QA and RAG evaluation.
