Information floors and model gaps limit block drafting performance

Analysis of block drafting shows that even optimal proposals face an information floor, such as a 0.286 floor on the final slot of Qwen3-4B, limiting acceptance to 71%. Current drafters suffer from a significant model gap, with the final-slot error accounting for 43% to 64% of DFlash rejection.
