Behavioral Coherence Method Reveals Bias in Sensitive-Domain LLM Responses

A new evaluation method using the Individual Level Abortion Stigma Scale reveals that LLMs generate biased behavioral patterns in sensitive health domains. Testing five models showed significant deviations from reference scales, including models generating higher worry scores for Black personas and defaulting to extreme secrecy recommendations.
