AWARE-FX converts weakly structured annual report text into traceable hedging-disclosure measures using financial encoders, negation logic, and an audit ledger. Evaluated on 24,909 Hong Kong firm-years, the system demonstrates that FinBERT maintains higher mean F1 scores across most encoder task-splits compared to ModernBERT.
