AutoTailor is a meta-agentic framework that constructs compact Model Context Protocol (MCP) API sets from web trajectories. It uses offline Quality and Usage Likelihood filters to prune redundant tools and online Dynamic Reselection to adapt tool collections based on task outcomes.
