ANet Patu-1 Protocol Optimizes Value in Heterogeneous Agent Networks

ANet Patu-1 is a self-organizing consensus protocol designed for agent networks that adaptively scales connection value across broadcast, mesh, and group-forming regimes. It achieves parallel consensus in O(1) rounds by continuously re-forming coalitions based on coordination-group size.
