AnchorSIPS provides a synthetic dataset of 10,000 structured psychosis-risk interviews modeled on the Mini-SIPS clinician interview. The dataset includes transcript-grounded measurement targets for 24 symptoms, including delusions, hallucinations, and disorganized communication, to bypass clinical data privacy constraints.
