Scalability Bottlenecks Found in Cross-City POI Recommendation Models

Evaluation on the Trip World benchmark shows that current cross-city POI models struggle with scale. Key findings include a reliance on destination-region priors rather than user preferences and the poor performance-efficiency trade-off of state-of-the-art methods.
