NileChat-3B QLoRA Fine-Tuning for Arabic Dialect Translation

NileChat-3B-Base was fine-tuned using QLoRA on the Alexandria parallel dialogue corpus to enable English-to-13-dialect Arabic translation. The model achieved a spBLEU of 20.36 and chrF++ of 36.64 using a single set of adapter weights conditioned on country and gender.
