Doxastic Deontic Logic for Norm-Guided Autonomous Decision Making

This framework extends Chellas' Minimal Deontic Logic with multi-agent KD45 to allow autonomous systems to make decisions under conflicting norms and unreliable information. It reduces optimal decision-making under weighted norm violations to weighted partial MaxSAT in polynomial time.
