A Q-learning-based QoS-aware multipath routing protocol in IoMT-based wireless body area network

QQMR implements a Q-learning-based multipath routing protocol for IoMT wireless body area networks using fuzzy C-means clustering and multi-level queuing. The method classifies data into three priority levels to maintain distinct learning policies for primary and backup path selection. This approach reduces routing overhead and energy consumption while improving packet delivery ratios in dynamic topologies.
