A Persona-based Rate Action Index

A Persona-based Rate Action Index predicts FOMC interest rate decisions by measuring how specialized generative personas respond to market conditions. Using a 25,000-chunk dataset, the system achieves high identifiability with an 8x chance in member-conditional recall and content detectability scores of 0.23 against a 0.15 floor.
