Rust but Lisp

rlisp is a new s-expression frontend for Rust that transpiles directly to .rs source with zero runtime or GC overhead. It preserves full Rust semantics including ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, and generics, just wrapped in Lisp syntax. Lispers and PL researchers exploring Rust without C-style syntax should take note.
