SCOUT Framework Dynamically Routes Prompt-Injection Requests Across Detector Pools

SCOUT predicts per-sample reliability and latency for each detector in a heterogeneous pool, dynamically allocating which detectors run per request rather than committing to a fixed pipeline. A single safety-utility threshold lets operators tune the tradeoff between benign pass rate and wall-clock latency.
