Multi4D Framework Splits Dynamic Gaussian Splatting Into Three Structured Levels
June 19, 2026
Multi4D addresses the motion-fidelity tradeoff in dynamic 3D Gaussian splatting by distributing capacity across static structure, persistent dynamic geometry, and transient appearance primitives with shared rasterization. This avoids both the oversmoothing of deformation-based methods and the temporal overparameterization of 4D-primitive approaches.
