Half of U.S. Workers Use AI at Work, Report Productivity Gains

Gallup's survey of 23,700 U.S. employees reveals 50% now use AI at work, with daily usage tripling from 4% to 13% since 2023. Weekly usage jumped from 11% to 28%. Among adopters, 65% report productivity gains, though outcomes correlate strongly with managerial support and organizational AI strategy.
