Fine-tuned LLM patient agents simulate self-stigma via internal monologue dataset

A chain-of-thought fine-tuning approach using the SSR dataset augments mental health dialogues with stigma-aware internal monologues, enabling LLM patient agents to dynamically express self-stigma based on conversational triggers. The framework is grounded in the psychological 3A1H model of self-stigmatization.
